Lebanani Kebab

First boil mince with ginger garlic paste, soya sauce and salt in a pan.

When water dries, put mince in a chopper and add noodles, green peas and potato and chop it and make batter.

Now make kebab from batter and coat it with egg and bread crumbs and deep fry it till it become golden brown.
