Using a sharp knife, cut the kernels from the cob into a large bowl.
Drain and rinse the black beans and add them to the corn.
Also add the red pepper, mango, and onion.
Drizzle in the lime juice.
Chop coriander finely using a food processor and add to the bowl and combine well.
In a separate bowl combine all the ingredients for the seasoning.
Add 1 to 2 tbsp of the seasoning to the corn and black bean mixture, and stir properly.
Add more seasoning, to taste and serve.
