For Tartar Sauce:
Mix together mayonnaise, pickled cucumber, pickled onion, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
Serve with finger fish.
For Fish Fingers:
In a bowl mix together ginger, garlic paste, salt, black pepper, chili powder, mustard powder, ketchup, egg and coriander leaves.
Marinate fish in mixture for half hour, coat fish in bread crumbs and deep fry in a fry pan till light golden.
Serve with tartar sauce.
