Heat oil in a wok, add in chopped ginger, chopped garlic and sliced onion.
Sauté till all the vegetables are just softened.
Then add black pepper powder, salt, turmeric and sliced chicken.
Cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
Now add soya sauce and chicken stock.
Cook till it comes to a boil.
Add green chili, spring onion and bean sprout.
Also add boiled noodles and let it cook.
Lastly add corn flour dissolved in water, cook till soup thickens.
Dish it out and serve hot.
