In a large saucepan boil the spaghetti with oil for 10 minutes.
Drain the spaghetti in a colander and put it under running cold water.
Then add oil to prevent the spaghetti from sticking.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion.
Then add chopped garlic and oregano and mix well.
Now put it in mixing bowl and chill it.
Add egg, salt, corn flour, white pepper powder and chicken mince and into the same bowl and mix.
Shape into small balls and shallow fry.
Fry chopped onions in a wok in olive oil.
Then add chopped tomatoes, garlic, salt, curry leaves and thyme and mix well till it becomes a thick sauce.
Add mozzarella cheese, mix and finally add the meat balls.
Put the spaghetti in a big platter, pour the sauce and meatballs on top and serve.
