Ingredients

  • For Paratha:
  • Flour ½ kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Oil for fry
  • For Filling:
  • Beef Undercut ½ kg
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion paste ½ cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Salt as required
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Hot chili sauce ½ cup
  • Onions 2
  • Salad leaves 2-3

Cooking Directions

  1. For Paratha:

  2. In a bowl add flour, salt, clarified butter and water as required to mix and knead till it turns to a soft dough.

  3. Then make balls from dough and roll it out with rolling pin and fry. Set a side.

  4. For Filling: Heat oil in a pan; fry garlic paste and onion paste.

  5. Then add beef and cook till it changes the color.

  6. Add yogurt, white pepper, black pepper, green chilies and salt to cook.

  7. Add as required water and allow cooking until meat tender.

  8. Mix cream in cooked meat and remove from heat.

  9. Then give smoke of coal.

  10. Now take paratha, put hot chili sauce, onion and beef in center and top with salad leaves and roll.

  11. Serve hot.
