Melt the ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan on moderately low heat.
Add the gram flour, coconut, walnuts (keep some aside for garnishing), and nutmeg.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add sugar and continue to cook for 10 - 15 minutes or until the mixture is thick and golden brown.
Transfer the mixture to a clean, flat surface.
When cool enough to handle, shape into 24 equal-sized balls.
Garnish with the remaining coconut and walnuts and serve.

hm recipe kaise banae mean kai ghee garam kar kai aise he baisan dal dai bagair gondhe tell me plz aise tou wo cruncy ho jae gai
They are aweful, not nice at all.. I think the Ghee measurement is way too much 2 cups is enough as the rest of the ghee ends up being put to waste. Coconut should be 4 tbsp and walnuts should be 3 tbsp. Nutmeg has to be a pinch as it can over power the laddu and you might end up with the nutmeg giving you a kick at the back of your throat. I ended up throwing all my laddu's away. What a complete waste!
very good recipe but very costly
