This delicious salad is made using grilled chicken, macaroni, cottage cheese and vegetables. A salad dressing is used to make it more flavorful. Add this new recipe of Healthy Chicken Salad in your meal.

Ingredients

  • For chicken mixture: Boneless chicken 300g (breast pieces)
  • Garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • Oyster sauce 2tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1tbsp
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Ingredients for Salad: Boiled macaroni ½ packet
  • Sliced Cauliflower 100g
  • Sliced tomatoes 2-3
  • Salad leaves 5-6
  • Cubed cottage cheese 100g
  • For Dressing: Tomato ketchup 2tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1tbsp
  • Olive oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt as required

Cooking Directions

  1. For chicken mixture: Cut the chicken fillet length wise and put them in a mixing bowl.

  2. Now add red chili powder, garlic paste, oyster sauce, lemon juice, oil and salt.

  3. Mix all the ingredients well.

  4. Lightly grease a grill pan and grill the chicken till brown and done.

  5. Transfer the chicken to a plate.

  6. After it cools down cut the chicken into small pieces.

  7. For making Salad: Boil the macaroni.

  8. Cut the tomatoes and cauliflower into thin slices, chops the salad leaves and cut the cottage cheese into small cubes.

  9. Method for Dressing: Mix up tomato ketchup, chopped garlic, lemon juice, black pepper powder, olive oil and salt.

  10. For Salad Assembling: In a serving platter put the salad leaves, sliced tomatoes, sliced cauliflower, cottage cheese and boiled macaroni, with the chicken pieces.

  11. Top with the salad dressing.

  12. The healthy chicken salad is ready to serve.
