  • Yellow lentil boiled ½ kg
  • Sugar 1 ½ cup
  • Almond, pistachio ½ cup
  • Khoya ½ cup
  • Gondh ½ cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Clarified butter 1 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Cook lentil then chopped in chopper.

  2. Take clarified butter in pan add lentil in it and cook it.

  3. Then add sugar and milk in it.

  4. Put khoya in it and cook it well.

  5. When batter gets refined takes it out and makes pieces.
