Ingredients

  • Paneer (Cottage cheese) 1/4 kg
  • Shelled and boiled peas 1/8 kg
  • Onions 1/4 kg
  • Tomatoes 1/4 kg
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

Cooking Directions

  1. Chop paneer into pieces and deep fry till lightly browned.

  2. Remove. Chop onions and tomatoes into small pieces.

  3. Fry onions in a little oil and add the chilli powder.

  4. When slightly brown in colour, add the tomatoes and salt.

  5. Keep frying till golden brown in colour.

  6. Then add the peas and paneer.

  7. Pour in the paneer water and cook on a medium flame till done.
