Heat oil, fry onions, add mutton, ginger and garlic.
Fry well and add tomato, cook till the mutton tenderizes.
Then add all the spices with 2 cups of water.
Cook till meat tenderize further, add yoghurt, hara chana, fry and add coconut milk.
When oil comes on the surface, add 1/2 cup water for gravy.
Garnish with coriander & serve.

Shazmeena, different spices are added to different recipes to create different flavors. However, if you love the flavor of cumin and coriander so much. It wont hurt to add a dash of both the spices to this recipe.
sorry just wanted to ask this recipie does not have dhana jeera will it still be spicy enough?
