Ingredients

  • Noodles 1 packet
  • Chicken mince 300 gm
  • Egg 1-2
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 4-5 (finely chopped)
  • Coriander ½ bunch (finely chopped)
  • Black pepper ½ tsp (crushed)
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Spring onion 2-3 strands
  • Rice flour 3-4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Take a cooking pan and add water.

  2. Heat the water and add 1 packet noodles and boil for 5 minute.

  3. Drain water and keep noodles under tap water.

  4. Roughly chop noodles. Divide noodles into two portions and fry one portion until crisp. Set aside in serving platter.

  5. Now mix remaining boiled noodles with chicken mince, eggs, garlic paste, green chilies, coriander, black pepper, garam masala powder, spring onion, rice flour, lemon juice, soya sauce and salt.

  6. Mix it well and shape into kabbab.

  7. Heat oil in frying pan and fry kabab until brown.

  8. Place kabab on bed of fried noodles and serve with sauce.
