take oil in pan...about 3-4 tbsp when it gets hot then add kalonji zeera n sonf and let it crackle for a minute then add the chopped onions..and ginger garlic paste...fry it until little brown..then add the bhindis...fry it a little while so the bhindis get little brown colour then slow down the heat and add turmeric powder red chilly corriander powder and imli pulp and the tomato paste let it cook on slow heat for a while until bhindis are done then add the paneer and mixx it well then add the lemon juice and mixx well... add the green chillies and corriander leaves and lemon wedges with ginger slices and mixx welll takeout... serve with hot chapatis or naan...
