Ingredients

  • Mutton minced 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya paste 3 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder ¼ tsp
  • Gram lentil ½ cup (slightly roasted)
  • Onions as required (very thinly chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients very well with the minced meat and refrigerate for two hours.

  2. Make small patties of the mix and deep fry.

  3. Serve the galawati kebab hot with onion rings and mint chutney.
