  • Chicken or Mutton mince 1 kg
  • Onion (chopped) 1 large
  • All spice (ground) 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds (Rai) (ground) 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 or 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Egg 1
  • Fresh bread crumbs 2 cups
  • Coriander seeds (ground) 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili (crushed) to taste
  • For coating:
  • Eggs (lightly beaten) 2
  • Dry bread crumbs as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat a pan and cook mince with salt and all spice in it on medium heat.

  2. Don't add any water and keep cooking until the water of mince dries up.

  3. Mash the mince in a food processor.

  4. Then mix in the rest of the ingredients with hands.

  5. Now shape the mixture in to desired cutlet shape.

  6. Dip the cutlets in lightly beaten eggs.

  7. Coat them with bread crumbs, pressing gently.

  8. Shallow fry the cutlets on medium high heat until golden.

  9. Serve hot with ketchup.
