For Chicken: In a bowl add bar bq masala, garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder and salt.
Mix well, add the chicken pieces.
Heat oil in pan and fry the chicken pieces till it turns golden brown.
For Dough: Add yeast in lukewarm water along with sugar.
Leave a side for 15 minutes till it rises.
Now add white flour, salt and baking powder.
Knead until smooth dough is formed.
Cover with a plastic sheet and leave a side in a warm place for 3 – 4 hours until the dough rises.
Knead the dough again until a uniform consistency is reached.
For Topping: Preheat oven at 200C.
Make small round balls with the dough and roll them with a rolling pin.
Spread the sauce onto the base of each flattened dough.
Add chopped capsicum, chopped tomatoes, sliced mushrooms and chicken pieces.
Roll each dough and bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes.
