Soak the fenugreek leaves with some turmeric powder.
Take mustard oil and fry garlic in it till golden brown.
Now add fenugreek leaves, soya, peas, green beans, turmeric, whole red chilies and salt.
Cook it on a low flame.
When the water dries up, add the boiled potatoes and green chilies.
In the end add lemon juice and simmer on a low flame.
Serve aloo sem ki bhujia with chapatti.
