  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Egg 1
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a chopper, add mince meat, onion, green chilies, egg, coriander, red chili flakes, ginger garlic paste and salt.

  2. Chop until all ingredients are well combined.

  3. Form the shape of cutlets from the mixture and coat with bread crumbs.

  4. Shallow fry cutlets in a pan.

  5. Beef Cutlets are ready to be served with chili garlic sauce or mint condiment(chutney).
