Roast together all ingredients of Gulzar special masala and finely gring them.
Heat oils in a wok.
Add the chicken pieces and fry till they turn golden brown.
Then add ginger garlic paste, small green chilies and whipped yogurt, fry for 5 minutes.
Then add Gulzar special masala and salt, fry for 2 - 3 minutes.
Finally add the large green chilies and fenugreek mix well.
When the chicken tenders and the oil floats on top turn the flame off.
Garnish with chopped ginger and serve.
