Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and fry till it turns golden brown.
Remove and place it on absorbent paper.
In the same pan add small cardamom and fry it till sizzle.
Now add ginger garlic paste and mutton.
Fry till the color of mutton changes.
In a separate bowl beat yogurt and add it to the pan.
Then add qorma masala, crushed brown onion and salt.
Fry till the pail floats on top.
Add sufficient amount of water and cook till mutton tender and gravy thicken.
Pour into serving dish and serve.
