Accroding to it's name you must be thinking its kind of pizza written in italian? No, it's a kind of stew cooked in veal steak. Veal is easily tenderize and digestive meat. Tomato puree is added with herbs and butter.

  • Veal steak 8
  • Plain flour 1 cup
  • Butter 30 gm
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Garlic clove 3 (chopped)
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato puree 3/4 cup
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chicken stock 1/3 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black olives 3/4 cup
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Parsley 1 tbsp
  • Basil leaves for garnish

Cooking Directions

  1. Sprinkle little salt and black pepper on veal steak and mix in plain flour.

  2. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan and fry the steak.

  3. Now take out steak and saute garlic in same pan.

  4. Then add sugar, tomato puree, black pepper, chicken stock and salt in it and fry well.

  5. Finally add black olives, oregano, parsley and steak and cook.

  6. Take out in platter, garnish with basil leaves and serve.
