Sprinkle little salt and black pepper on veal steak and mix in plain flour.
Heat butter and olive oil in a pan and fry the steak.
Now take out steak and saute garlic in same pan.
Then add sugar, tomato puree, black pepper, chicken stock and salt in it and fry well.
Finally add black olives, oregano, parsley and steak and cook.
Take out in platter, garnish with basil leaves and serve.
