Peel and grate potato and onion.
Add onion and potato in a muslin cloth and twist to squeeze out all water.
Now add potato and onion in a bowl, mix eggs, plain flour, salt, black pepper and green chilies.
If the batter is thin, add a little more plain flour.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in frying pan, take batter in cooking spoon and spread in frying pan.
Press into a flattened disc, cook for 5 minutes on each side, as it cooks.
Serve with butter or cream.
Note: Freeze for later use, just be sure to place parchment paper between layers so they don't stuck together!
