Wash and clean the mince. Squeeze the water out.
Grind the all spice, chop the onion and green chilli.
Mix them all together with enough salt and beaten egg, and form into small balls and deep fry.
Fry the ground spice in ghee and make gravy.
It should be a rich golden brown in colour.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Add koftas and let it simmer for half an hour.
Season if necessary.
