  • Green chillies 200 gm (big ones)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Curry leaves 15
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • White cumin seed 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds ½ tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tamarind juice ¼ cup
  • Oil ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Slightly roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, onion seeds,poppy seeds,sesame seeds.

  2. Now grind them finely.

  3. Slit green chillies from center, remove seeds, fill the chillies with grinded masala.

  4. Heat oil and add curry leaves; when slightly brown, add ginger, garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric.

  5. Fry well.

  6. Now add stuff chillies with tamarind juice and ¼ cup water.

  7. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes till green chillies tender and oil comes on top.
