  • Cinnamon 2 inches
  • Star Anise(badiyan) 4
  • Castor Sugar 16 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Place tea leaves, mint leaves, lemon wedges, cinnamon, star anise & castor sugar in teapot.

  2. Pour boiling water, cover the teapot and allow to infuse for abour three to four minutes.

  3. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.

  4. Pour into individual glasses and serve hot.
