  • Potatoes 2 (cut into small cubes)
  • Brinjals 3 (cut into cubes, soak in water with 1/2 tsp salt)
  • Onion 1-2 (medium,sliced)
  • Tomatoes 2 (chopped)
  • Fenugreek 2 bunches
  • Fresh Dill/Soya 1/2 bunches(chopped)
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Green chillies 4
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil, add sliced onion, fry for 5 min till light golden.

  2. Add chopped tomatoes, garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, turmeric and fry well with 1/4 cup of water.

  3. Add potatoes and brinjals with half cup of water.

  4. Cover and cook till potatoes tender.

  5. Lastly add fenugreek leaves, chopped dill and green chilies fry well till oil comes on top.
