Blend together onion, ginger garlic paste, coriander and green chilies. If it is hard to blend add lemon juice for a smooth texture.
Add mixture in mince and mix.
Now add chili flakes, black pepper powder, cumin powder and turmeric; continue mixing.
Shape in the kebabs and place on greased baking tray.
Grill the kebabs at high heat 200 C about 10 minutes, when it realize some water turn the side so can grill on both sides.
Grill for more 10-15 minutes or until slightly brown.
If you want to give kebab a BBQ aroma then transfer kebab in a pan and use a pieces of coal to smoke them.
Serve with naan, chutney and salad.
For Smoke: Heat up a coal on fire; place a dry bread pieces on kebab and set coal over it and drop a few drops of oil on hot coal.
It will produce smoke; cover immediately.
