Debone the mutton leg.
Now beat with an steak hammer to flatten.
Now marinate well with papaya paste. Keep it aside.
In a bowl mix together ginger garlic paste, green chilies, all spice powder, chili powder, black pepper, salt, oil and lemon juice. Mix well.

Wrap marinated leg in aluminum foil.

Lastly bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes.
