  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Butter 1 cup
  • Yogurt 2 cup
  • Onion 2 sliced
  • Curry leaves 3
  • Clove 4
  • Green cardamom 3
  • Tomato 4 chopped
  • Green chili 5 to 6
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Green coriander ½ bunch
  • Cinnamon 2 sticks
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a blender jug add yogurt, cardamom, all spice powder, red chili powder, curry leaves, cloves, cinnamon sticks, garlic cloves, ginger, tomato, garlic, ginger and salt to taste.

  2. Blend till the mixture forms a smooth paste.

  3. Now marinate chicken in this mixture for half and hour or more.

  4. Heat oil in wok and stir fry the onion till golden.

  5. Now add chicken with its marinade and cook till tender.

  6. When chicken is cooked through and curry thickened, add green coriander and green chili.

  7. Dish it out and garnish with cream and butter, serve hot with chapatti.
