In a large bowl add chicken salt, ketchup, crushed pepper corn , vinegar, soy sauce, ajinomoto, garlic and ginger and crushed red chilies.
Marinate chicken for half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan, add 1 clove of chopped garlic, marinated chicken, tomato puree and chicken stock, cook for 5 – 7 minute.
Now add vegetables and cook for 2 more minutes
Heat the sizzling plate.
Put the chicken on sizzling plat and serve.

Tried and came out very well, thank you. Can I BEG a question please. When visiting Indian restaurants, I love Seik Kabab. This is invariably served in a sizzler with onion and with an aroma that I can't match. This aroma is pretty much standard in all the restaurants. I have tried several variations of spices but cannot match it. If you want a friend for life, can you please help. Thank you.
