  • میدہ ایک کپ
  • نمک ایک چٹکی
  • بیکنگ پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  • چینی آدھا کپ
  • الائچی تین سے چار عدد
  • گھی 1/3 کپ
  • پستہ ﴿موٹا کٹا ہوا﴾ حسب ضرورت

  1. ایک سو اسی 180 سینٹی گریڈ پر اوون گرم کرلیں

  2. الائچی باریک پیس لیں۔

  3. میدہ، نمک، بیکنگ پاؤڈر، چینی اور الائچی کو چھان کر مکس کر لیں اور گھی ملا کر گوندھ لیں۔

  4. پندرہ سے بیس منٹ بعد اس کے قدرے موٹے پیڑے بنا کر اس پر پستہ دبا کر لگا دیں۔

  5. گرم اوون پر تقریباً بیس منٹ تک بیک کریں۔  کرسپی نان خطائی تیار ہیں
