  • Minced meat ½ kg
  • Black chickpeas 250 gm (boiled)
  • Dry mango powder 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 ½ tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic powder 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
  • Diced tomatoes 2 – 3
  • Onions 2 (chopped)
  • Tamarind paste 1 cup
  • Coriander 1 bunch (chopped)
  • Green chilies 5 – 6
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Salt as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onion.

  2. Add ginger garlic paste, mince meat, salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder. Cook well.

  3. Heat oil in a separate pan and add the chickpeas.

  4. Then add the fenugreek leaves, black pepper, dry mango powder, tamarind paste, chopped coriander and green chilies.

  5. Fry for 2 – 3 minutes then add the prepared mince meat mixture and cook more 3 – 5 minutes.

  6. Dish out and mix diced tomatoes before serving .
