Ingredients

  • Lamb meat(tender boneless) 1 kg
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Ginger paste 1/2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
  • Zeera powder 1/2 tsp
  • Dhania powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chat masala 3-4 tbsp
  • Veg cooking oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For garnishing:
  • Onion(cut into rings) 2
  • Lime(cut into pieces) 2

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix all the masalas (except chat masala) with oil and use it to marinate the meat pieces for 5 to 6 hours.

  2. Place the marinated meat pieces on skewers and barbecue till it turns brown on hot charcol.

  3. Serve hot with mint chatni, onion rings and chat masala.
