Wash black lentils, boil and strain it.
In chicken add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemons, bunch of mint, green chilies, green cardamoms and salt , cook without water.
When the water of the chicken gets dry dish it out.
Heat the oil and fry onion sliced till it gets golden brown.
Spread the onion the newspaper and sprinkle on the boiled chicken.
Boil basmati rice by adding few mints, black cumin seeds, green chili, salt and white vinegar.
Drain rice and grease base with oil, then layer and another layer of lentils.
After that put another layer of chicken and sprinkle few crushed onions.
Repeat layering steps as before.
Place butter and keep the pot for simmering.
Now serve the biryani with yogurt.
