Boil beef and keep aside.
Grind gringer and onion then fry in ghee till golden brown.
Put ginger garlic paste, bay leave, plum, black cardamom and all spices fry well.
Grind yogurt and daigi chilli mix in pan and fry little.
Add boiled beef and potato and green chilli fry 1 minute and add water in cook for 15 minutes till potato tender.
Sprinkle coriander leaves put on slow flame for 3 minutes.
Daighi Aaloo Gosht is ready.

this recipe is wonderful,but what is daigi chili.Does it come in powder (known as paprika)kindly specifythanksone more thing to ask Chef Asad. I did watch one of his video show cream roll,spicy sticks andpatties. He didn't mention for how many minutes each dish should be baked? speciallycream rollsplease answer me bcz I love cream rolls and wanna bake them
