In a wok add the mince, ginger garlic paste, salt and turmeric powder and cook till water dries.
Then add oil, green chillies, red chillies and lemon juice and take it out when cooked well.
In a wok heat oil and add the potato chips to fry till they turn golden brown.
Now dish out the mince and put chips on top of it.
Garnish with chopped green coriander.
Serve hot.
