  • Beef or Lamb mince 1/2 kg
  • Chopped Parsley 1 cup
  • Onion Chopped Finely 1 big
  • Bread Slice 02 no’s.
  • All-Spices 1/2 tsp
  • Paprika Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cinnamon Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt and Pepper as per taste
  • For Chip's:
  • Onion 2 big slices
  • Potatoes Chip 1 kg
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbs
  • water 4 tbs
  • Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbs
  • All-Spice 1/4 tsp
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying 4 tbs

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix mince with parsley, onion, bread, spices, paprika, cinnamon, salt and pepper.

  2. Divide and shape into small sausages.

  3. Deep fry the chip’s and keep on kitchen paper to absorb the extra oil.

  4. Heat oil in a big pan or wok, fry the kafta, few at a time, remove and keep warm.

  5. Heat the rest of oil in the same pan and fry the onion slices till caramelized and brown on the edges.

  6. Add the water, lemon juice, spices, salt, pepper and boil for 01 minute.

  7. Then add the kafta and chip’s.

  8. Serve with Pita bread, salad and Tomato sauce.
