Add salt and baking powder in flour.
Now add water and knead in to a medium soft dough.
Let it rest for half an hour.
Now make small even number of balls of the dough.
Roll the bolls in 5 inches flatbread (roti), keep aside.
Now similarly roll another ball.
Evenly spread clarified butter on one bread (roti), put the other bread (roti) on top and keep it aside.
Make all the breads (rotis) in pairs.
Now roll the the paired bread (roties) as large as the griddle (tawa) you will use to cook.
Place the rolled flatbread on a hot griddle.
Cook on one side, flip and spread clarified butter on cooked side.
Flip and spread clarified butter on other side too and take it off the griddle.
While cooking itself the bread (roties) will come apart, fold and keep it in your hot case.
Do not overcook the flatbreads (dosti roti) or they will become hard.
Serve with any curry or dish.
