Ingredients

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Yeast 2 tsp
  • Bread improver powder ½ tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Spinach chopped 250 gm
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Cheddar cheese ½ cup
  • Lukewarm water ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.

  2. In bowl sieve flour, add in yeast mixture.

  3. Also add chopped spinach, chopped onion, cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, bread improver powder and oil.

  4. Knead to dough.

  5. Leave for 30 minutes in a warm place till it doubles in size.

  6. Knead again. Grease a 9 inch pan, spread dough in pan and bake in a pre-heated oven of 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
