Ingredients

  • Chicken boneless breast(boiled simply and shredded) 3
  • Potatoes boiled (and mashed) 2 cups
  • Capsicum (finely chopped) 1
  • Carrot (finely chopped and boiled) 1
  • Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion 2 tbsp
  • Flour 4 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice powder (garam masala) 1/2 tsp
  • Corrainder leaves 3 tbsp
  • Green chillies (chopped) 2
  • Eggs 2-3

Cooking Directions

  1. Take a bowl and mix all the above items together properly.

  2. Wet the palms and shape the mixture into oval shapes.

  3. Beat egg with salt,black pepper

  4. Dip the ovel shape kababs in the mixture

  5. Deep fry, once cooked remove in a plate and serve with ketchup
