You will adore these individual servings of baked prawn spaghetti packs. It is fun to cook and its appearance is so catchy that every body would love them. Prawn gravy with spaghetti and finally a dash of cheese, lots of flavors in a single pack. Serve with ketchup or Jalapeno sauce.

Ingredients

  • Prawns 300 gm (1 cup)
  • Garlic cloves 2 (crushed)
  • Tomatoes 3 tbsp (Blanched and chopped)
  • Parsley ½ bunch (chopped)
  • Cheese ½ cup (grated)
  • Spaghetti ½ packet
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil the spaghetti, drain and keep aside.

  2. Heat oil in a wok and saute chopped garlic for 2 minutes.

  3. Add the chopped tomatoes, chopped parsley and lemon juice.

  4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, cook until it thickens.

  5. In the meantime fry the prawns in a separate pan until they turn pink.

  6. Add prawns in gravy along with the spaghetti and toss.

  7. Lay out an aluminum foil and cut it into medium sized pieces.

  8. Place the spaghetti in the centre of each foil piece now sprinkle cheese and form a packet.

  9. When all the packets are ready bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 5 – 6 minutes.

  10. Serve hot.
