Vegetable Chow Mein - For all the vegetarians out there who just cant get enough of chow mein. Enjoy the delicious chow mein noodles with crunchy stir fried vegetables. You also can add some other vegetable of choice too.

Ingredients

  • Boiled noodles 1 pack
  • Mushrooms 1 cup
  • Vinegar 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Sliced onion 1
  • Capsicum 2
  • Spring onion 3
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Fresh Coriander 1/4 bunch
  • Carrot 2
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger garlic paste and onion.

  2. Add all the finely chopped vegetables and stir fry.

  3. Then add the boiled noodles.

  4. Add vinegar, soya sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, red chili, sugar, salt and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.

  5. Vegetable chow mein is ready.
