Ingredients

  • Rice 250g
  • Water 3 cups (for boiling rice)
  • Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
  • Onion 1 small (sliced)
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper and salt to taste
  • Eggs 3 (normal size)
  • Parsley some leaves

Cooking Directions

  1. Add water in a pot and some salt when water starts boiling add rice. Cook until they get boil.

  2. Add oil in a frying pan and put onion in it adds garlic paste, black pepper and salt. Then add beaten eggs in it and finally add boiled rice. Toss gently.

  3. Serve in a plate and garnish with parsley leaves.

  4. Note: If you want then you can add more vegetables after frying them.
