  • Carrots 1 kg (finely shredded)
  • Milk 1 kg
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 3 tbsp
  • Small cardamons 8
  • Butter 2 cup
  • Solid Milk (khoya) 1 cup
  • Pistachios 2 tbsp
  • Almonds 2 tbsp
  • Yellow food color few drops
  • Saffron in milk few stands
  • Kewra 2 drops
  • Silver paper to decorate

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil milk with cardamoms.

  2. Add shredded carrots in boiling milk and cook it until milk dries.

  3. Then add sugar and condensed milk, cook till mix nicely.

  4. Now add butter and keep stirring for about 3-5 minutes on low-medium heat.

  5. Add yellow food color if needed.

  6. Serve hot and decorate with saffaron, kewra, pistachios, almonds and silver paper.
