  • Chicken ½ kg (boneless)
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Onion 2 tbsp (ground)
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Onion (wedges)
  • Lemon (slices)
  • Skewers 4
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate chicken with 2 tbsp oil, lemon juice, onion, garlic, paprika, vinegar, chili powder and salt.

  2. Set aside for 15 minutes then suspend it on skewers.

  3. Now heat pan with 2 tbsp oil, fry chicken by switching from side to side till golden.

  4. Serve with onion and lemon slice.
