Potato Pie

Boil the chicken.

Also boil potatoes.

Now peel and mash the potatoes well.

Now to prepare sauce, mix eggs, butter and milk.

Also add salt and pepper in the above mixture.

Beat them until creamy and smooth.

Fry the onion and green chillies in butter.

Firstly, place one layer of mashed potatoes.

Then place one layer of chicken then add one layer of cheese.

Then place one layer of sauce.

Then place another layer of remaining mashed potatoes.

Then place another layer of cheese.

And then spread bread crumbs on top.

Then add molten butter.

Bake them for 10 miinutes at 180 degrees.

Serve with ketchup.
