Ingredients

  • Tomatoes (sliced) 250 gm
  • Curry leaves 6 - 8
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli whole 6
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat up oil in a pan.

  2. Add curry leaves, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and red chilly whole in the oil and fry for two minutes.

  3. Add garlic paste and fry for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Fry until slightly red.

  5. Then add tomatoes and fry for 3 minutes. Also add little water in it.

  6. Cover with lid for 5-6 minutes.

  7. Add vinegar, sugar, salt and red chilly powder in it.

  8. Fry until the oil separates.

  9. Serve chilled.
