  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Oil / butter 1/4 cup
  • Shan Indonesian satay seasoning mix one sachet
  • For peanut sauce:
  • Peanuts 1/2 cup
  • Tamarind juice 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate chicken with Shan Indonesian satay seasoning mix and 1 tbsp of water.

  2. Leave for 1-2 hours.

  3. Pour oil over grill pan and let it heat up.

  4. Pass chicken through wooden skewers and place the, over grill pan. Cook till tender.

  5. Blend peanuts, soya sauce, tamarind juice and ketchup in the blender.

  6. Serve chicken with this sauce.
