Roast the gram lentils.
Then grind it with the coconut, green chillies and salt.
Take 1 tsp oil, put in the mustard seeds and then the split black lentils.
When the lentils are slightly browned, add the curry leaves, and sprinkle over the ground chutney.
Squeeze lemon juice into the mixture and mix well.
Serve with Idlis or dosas.
