Everyone loves to eat chocolate cupcakes, so make sure you make these little delights, and plenty of them!

Ingredients

  • White butter 300 g
  • Icing sugar 300 g
  • Plain flour (maida) 300 g
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Eggs 6
  • Chocolate chips as needed

Cooking Directions

  1. Put butter on room temperature.

  2. Take a bowl, add butter & icing sugar in it.

  3. Use electric beater to beat butter & icing sugar.

  4. While beating add eggs, one after the other.

  5. Continue beating the mixture.

  6. Take another bowl and baking powder in plain flour.

  7. Mix baking powder & plain flour with a spoon.

  8. Add the above mixture in butter & icing sugar mixture.

  9. Now fold with a spoon, to mix both the mixtures.

  10. When all ingredients mix well, then, beat with electric beater.

  11. Beat for sometime, to avoid lump formation.

  12. Mix the chocolate chips in batter.

  13. Take out the cup cake trays & glaze them with oil.

  14. Now spoon out the chocolate chip mixed batter in cupcake tray.

  15. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of each cupcake.

  16. Now put them in oven for 40 minutes at 160 degrees.

  17. Sprinkle icing sugar on top of the cakes.

  18. Serve them, when cooked.
